BoardExam.Courses respects intellectual property rights and complies with 17 U.S.C. §512 (DMCA).

Our Policy

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we investigate and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and/or links hosted or referenced on our platform.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

Send a written notice including all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed.
  3. Identification of the material or link to be removed (exact URL on BoardExam.Courses and, if relevant, file names/IDs).
  4. Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email).
  5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed)

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed or to which access has been disabled and the location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and accepting service from the original complainant or their agent.

Repeat Infringers & Third-Party Delivery

We may terminate access for repeat infringers where applicable. Our platform delivers educational materials via secure cloud links (primarily Google Drive, or Pcloud/Mega on request). Valid notices covering listings, metadata, or linked files will be processed promptly.
