BoardExam.Courses respects intellectual property rights and complies with 17 U.S.C. §512 (DMCA).
Our Policy
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we investigate and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and/or links hosted or referenced on our platform.
How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
Send a written notice including all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material or link to be removed (exact URL on BoardExam.Courses and, if relevant, file names/IDs).
- Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email).
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed)
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or to which access has been disabled and the location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and accepting service from the original complainant or their agent.
Repeat Infringers & Third-Party Delivery
We may terminate access for repeat infringers where applicable. Our platform delivers educational materials via secure cloud links (primarily Google Drive, or Pcloud/Mega on request). Valid notices covering listings, metadata, or linked files will be processed promptly.
